Chicken in tomato sauce with rice, peas and bacon

Potato Gratin with minced meat

Ingredients:
0.5 kg of minced meat
0.5 kg of potatoes
0.5 kg carrots
1 small onion
1 egg
5 tablespoons butter

ingredients:
0.7 kg boneless pork loin
0.3 kg of mushrooms
1 large onion
2 tablespoons bread crumbs

2 tablespoons grated cheese
3 tablespoons butter
20 grams of smoked bacon

Sponge Cake with Plums

  * Ingredients:
 - 3 cups flour

Sweet and sour sauce sensational

Delicious sweet and sour sauce. It can be used as a sauce for spaghetti. But I also I give him the cold. Replace the example. Ketchup. Why? Simply because it is sensational.   

Ingredients:
3 kg of tomatoes
1 kg onion

THE TIME ---- Nutella with plums

Something gourmet Nutella. It is much better than the traditional nutella, and most importantly a lot healthier. The perfect addition to cakes, pancakes, waffles or just for a sandwich.

Ingredients:
2 kg plums
2 cups granulated sugar
1.5 cups of cocoa
1 vanilla sugar
 
 
Execution:
Plums wash and get rid of the seeds.   then we let plums twice through a meat grinder. The whole is placed in a pot with a thick bottom and so fry on low heat for about an hour, stirring frequently. At the end of cooking add the sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa mix thoroughly and leave for 15 minutes even for a little heat, stirring frequently. Tasty and quick chops with eggs

 
Simple tasty and very fast. These are precisely those chops.

Ingredients:
6 hard boiled eggs
1 raw egg
Parsley or dill
2 tbsp semolina
Salt, pepper, Vegeta
Oil for frying
Crumbs for the turning chops
Execution:
Peel the boiled eggs with shell and grate or chop very finely.
Add raw egg, parsley, cereal manna, spices (discretion)  and mix the egg.

The Grandmother Bread Recipe


Ingredients:

* 17.63 oz flour, about 500g, 1.1 lb
* 6.59 fl.oz rye flour, about 200ml
* 1.76 oz yeast, about 5dag, 0.11 lb
* flat tablespoon of sugar
* 2 or 3 flat spoons salt
* If someone likes you can add a sunflower seed flax or pumpkin, siemie

Dissolve sugar and yeasts in a glasse of warm water. Add 2 spoons flour. All pour to a bowl and mix it. Next, cover a bowl with a lid and leave this in a warm place to about 1 hour.

In the meantime combine flours and mix with salt - you can now add sunflower, pumpkin, flax, siemie/by liking).

When the yeast shoot up, mix them with flour. Pour some water, to give a mixture of consistency the dough. Next knead on the 10 minutes, if necessary, we add flour or water, so that the dough is not sticky.

Ready the dough again leave in warm place until double shoot up. In the meantime, oil roasting tin and warm up a oven to 200 degrees C - 392 F. The formed dough put into this roasting tin. You can springle the cake with caraway seed, sesame seeds. This dough in the roasting tin put into oven and you must bake about 1 hour.
