Potato Gratin with minced meat

How important in today's busy world of good nutrition.
I like to combine the kitchen with food, because I care about this to my family eat healthy meals. This casserole is very healthy and can be very fast to cook. 


Ingredients:
0.5 kg of minced meat
0.5 kg of potatoes
0.5 kg carrots
1 small onion
1 egg
5 tablespoons butter
10 grams of cheese
Spices: pepper, salt, Vegeta   


 Execution :
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
Peel the carrots and grate on the coarse mesh.
3 tablespoons of butter in a pan, dissolve, add grated carrot, season to taste and gently braise until tender.
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
For minced meat add: egg, chopped onion, season to taste and weight of meat thoroughly.


 Grease casserole with butter. At the bottom of the dishes we minced meat. Then arrange the potato slices, sprinkle lightly with salt.
Top casseroles we strangled carrots. At the end Arrange slices of cheese, you can also grate the cheese.
Bake for approx. 50 minutes at 200 degrees.
