Chicken in tomato sauce with rice, peas and bacon




I am well aware about the fact that not everyone likes rice, because she, too, average crazy about it. But if he is in such a form as in the recipe I say you will not be able to resist. Potato Gratin with minced meat

I like to combine the kitchen with food, because I care about this to my family eat healthy meals. This casserole is very healthy and can be very fast to cook. 


Ingredients:
0.5 kg of minced meat
0.5 kg of potatoes
0.5 kg carrots
1 small onion
1 egg
5 tablespoons butter
10 grams of cheese
Spices: pepper, salt, Vegeta   


 Execution :
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
Peel the carrots and grate on the coarse mesh.
3 tablespoons of butter in a pan, dissolve, add grated carrot, season to taste and gently braise until tender.

Rolled pork chops with mushrooms and bacon

ingredients:
0.7 kg boneless pork loin
0.3 kg of mushrooms
1 large onion
2 tablespoons bread crumbs

2 tablespoons grated cheese
3 tablespoons butter
20 grams of smoked bacon
1 medium sheep cheese
1 clove of garlic
